Flights suspended after unidentified object enters airspace

Arrivals and departures at Ben-Gurion Airport were temporarily suspended Wednesday morning after security forces detected an unidentified object flying near Israeli airspace, prompting fighter jets to be scrambled.
Investigations revealed the object was not a hostile aircraft. Flights were subsequently resumed.
Amid questions over how a hostile unidentified drone managed to fly into Israeli air space last week, security forces have been on high alert.
