France: Ceasefire does not change threat in Libya

PARIS - France said it remained cautious after Muammar Gaddafi's government announced a ceasefire on Friday, saying the threat on the ground in Libya had not been lifted.
"We have to be very cautious. He [Gaddafi] is now starting to be afraid, but on the ground the threat has not changed," foreign ministry spokesman Bernard Valero told Reuters television.
