Google has purchased Quiksee, an Israeli company which develops interactive video mapping technologies based on user-filmed videos, according to the two companies, Reuters reported Tuesday.
"We are delighted to announce that Quiksee has been acquired by Google," said a statement on Quicksee's website read. "Both Google and Quiksee share the same innovative vision."TheMarker
newspaper reportedly said that deal was estimated to be worth $10 million.
