Gov't okays Ganot as dir.-gen. of Public Security Ministry

The cabinet approved Sunday morning the appointment of Ya'akov Ganot to the position of director general for the Public Security Ministry.
Prime Minister Benjamin Nentanyahu commented on the approval: "I know Ganot as an outstanding performer in all fields. He stands in the face of serious missions, among them firefighting services and other issues. This is the right man at the right time."
