An IDF force stopped a smuggling operation on the Egyptian border on Sunday afternoon.
The soldiers identified one of the smugglers' vehicles accelerating toward them and fired at the vehicle's wheels. As a result of the shooting, one of the suspects was injured and is currently receiving medical treatment at the scene.
The incident is currently being investigated.
