IDF troops, Palestinian mourners clash in W. Bank

Nine Palestinians were wounded Saturday in violent clashes with Israeli forces that erupted during the funeral of a Palestinian who was killed on Friday after he was shot by IDF forces at the Temple Mount.

Palestinian mourners gathered on Saturday at the West Bank city of Al-Ram northeast of Jerusalem for the funeral of 25-year-old Talat Ramiah, Palestinian Ma'an news agency reported. Clashes broke out between IDF troops and mourners as the funeral procession ended.

IDF soldiers fired tear gas and rubber bullets at Palestinians who were seen throwing stones in the direction of the soldiers, according to the Ma'an.
