Israeli Air Force: Failure to stop rocket not human or technical error

Following an investigation by the Israeli Air Force (IAF) into why Iron Dome did not intercept a rocket from the Gaza Strip Saturday, it was found that it was neither human error or a technical malfunction, according to an N12 report Sunday. 
"Various technical and operational components were found that affected the interception," an IAF commander said, adding that they will continue to investigate.
