Prosecutors on Tuesday filed an indictment against Nahum Ben-Yitzhak and Ohad Edan, both in their early twenties, for the fatal stabbing of off-duty IDF soldier Yitzhak Mor. The two suspects were charged in the Jerusalem District Court with manslaughter, as well as assault under aggravated circumstances and possession of a knife. Mor succumbed to his wounds after a brawl that broke out in front of a nightclub on Jerusalem's Koresh Street in October. According to the charge sheet, an argument that had erupted inside the club spilled outside, where according to prosecution, Mor and another individual were stabbed. The other victim was lightly-to-moderately wounded. Abe Selig contributed to this report.
