John Kerry: Nobody can influence UN Hariri tribunal

BEIRUT — US Senator John Kerry said nobody in Lebanon has the power to influence the international tribunal investigating the 2005 assassination of a former prime minister.
Kerry is the chairman of the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee. His visit to Beirut on Monday was part of a broad diplomatic push to support the tribunal amid mounting tension in Lebanon.
