AMMAN, Jordan — Jordanians have joined Egyptians in calling for President Hosni Mubarak's ouster.
About 100 Jordanian youths shouted "Mubarak, get out" and "You sold your country to Israel" outside the Egyptian Embassy in the Jordanian capital on Sunday.
The peaceful rally was organized by Jordanian youth federations.
Inspired by the unrest in Tunisia and Egypt, several Jordanian protests in the last two weeks urged the ouster of Jordanian Prime Minister Samir Rifai.
Jordanians are worried about worsening economic conditions, namely rising prices of fuel and foodstuffs, soaring inflation and unemployment.
