Deputy Health Minister Ya'acov Litzman clarified on Monday that no final decision had been reached regarding the transfer of NIS 65 million from the health basket fund, so that children and teenagers receive free dental care. He went on to tell Israel Radio that due to time constraints the vote was conducted by telephone. While no ministers have voiced opposition to the plan, he said, not all ministers have as yet to express their position on the issue.
