SEOUL, South Korea — North Korea has denounced US President Barack Obama's nuclear policy as "hostile," and is vowing to keep building and expanding its arsenal of atomic weapons.
The blistering criticism from North Korea's Foreign Ministry was carried Friday by the official Korean Central News Agency in Pyongyang.
