Netanyahu at Tower of David: We are committed to Jerusalem

The government and the people are committed to Jerusalem, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said on Sunday, speaking from the Tower of David in the capital.
"[Jerusalem] is one of the foundations of Israel's unity," Netanyahu said. "I emphasized these things both to members of the Knesset and of the US Congress. It is important for the world to know that we are faithful to Jerusalem."
Netanyahu added, "The government will make decisions today on the investment of NIS 400 million [in Jerusalem] in the fields of education, the preservation of important heritage sites, and bio-technology."
