Netanyahu’s message attracts 8,000 viewers on Facebook

Roughly 8,000 Israelis opened Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Facebook page to watch his stump speech on Monday evening.
The viewers tuned in after a decision by the Elections Committee which decreed that the speech needed to be delayed by 10 minutes before it was aired on television as it might be considered election propaganda. Netanyahu invited the public to view the speech “without delay and without censorship” on his Facebook page.
Netanyahu also gave a series of interviews on his Facebook page in a format named “Likud TV” in which he answers various questions.
Speaking about his health on Monday evening, he said “people ask me to stay healthy so I can keep on guarding their children, their grandchildren.”
In previous interviews on Likud TV he confessed to staying in shape by lifting weights and swimming.
