Police arrest 3rd young suspect in Nesher cab driver assault

Police on Wednesday morning arrested a third minor on suspicion of involvement in an assault on a cab driver in Nesher on Monday night. He will appear at a remand hearing in the Krayot Magistrate's Court later Wednesday. Three apparently drunk youths, aged 14-15, tried to steal the taxi by forcefully pushing the cab driver out the vehicle. One of them then started driving the taxi, and after traveling only 200 meters, the young driver crashed into a lamppost. The youths fled the scene and the driver suffered very minor injuries, which did not require medical attention.
