Police increase alertness due to fears of additional fires

The police on Friday evening increased their level of alertness due to fears that additional fires will be started throughout the country.As well as a wave of fires that were started since the afternoon in the North, the police identified a number of other fires in the south of the country.Police officials suggested that arsonists were attempting to prevent firefighters from dealing with extinguishing the fire that was raging in the North.
