Police probe theft of documents from TA left-wing NGO

Tel Aviv police are probing the theft of hundreds of documents from a non-profit organization that investigates violations of the legal rights of Palestinians in the occupied territories.
Police said they have no particular suspects in the case, but are investigating all possibilities.
Neither of the Yesh Din offices in Tel Aviv showed signs of a break-in, leading to some speculation that the theft of classified documents was an inside job, possibly by a mole planted by a right-wing organization.
The organization reportedly caught wind of the theft when they were approached by reporters from two Israeli papers, Makor Rishon and Yisrael Hayom, who asked them to respond to content found in the unreleased documents. Until then, the documents were only accessible by a select number of Yesh Din employees.
Yesh Din refused to comment on the investigation on Wednesday.
