TUNIS - Libya's Foreign Minister MoussaKoussa flew on Wednesday afternoon to London from the Tunisian
airport of Djerba, the official TAP news agency reported.TAP did not say what initially brought Koussa to Tunisia. Ithad reported on Monday that he had crossed over into Tunisiafrom Libya.Koussa is one of Muammar Gaddafi's key officials and thearchitect of a dramatic shift in Libya's foreign policy thatbrought the country back to the international community afteryears of sanctions.
