Following the tensions in the south, President Reuven Rivlin visited the towns surrounding the Gaza Strip, according to Ynet. During the visit, Rivlin said that 'incendiary kites and balloons are a form of terrorism. Hamas must understand that this is not a game. There will come a moment in which they would have to decide - if they want war, they will get war.'
