Tal Mor admits to drinking before fatal accident

Tal Mor who was accused of running over and killing 43-year-old bicyclist Shneor Heshin, son of former supreme court judge Michel Heshin, testified on Tuesday at the Petah Tikva District Court and said he had drank alcohol prior to the fatal accident.
Mor said he was pulled over by police a week prior to the fatal accident after smoking hashish. He said he admitted to being under the influence of drugs.  However, police returned his license after he was at the police station and was later released.
Mor explained that after he struck Heshin, he fled the scene fearing for having his license revoked.
