Third suspect in Bangkok bombing arrested in Malaysia

The third suspect in Tuesday's attempted terrorist attack in Thailand was arrested Wednesday afternoon at KualaLumpur airport as he tried to board a plane to Tehran, Malaysianpolice said.

The suspect, in his 30s, had evaded authorities atBangkok airport and flown to Malaysia.

Police inspector general Ismail Omar said he was arrested onintelligence from Thai authorities and was being investigatedfor "terrorism activities" related to the Bangkok bombings.
