The natural gas flow to Israel from Egypt will not be renewed due to opposition from Beduin groups in Sinai, Israel Radio cited a diplomatic source in Amman, Jordan, saying Tuesday.
The source told AFP that Egypt would have difficulty renewing gas to Jordan alone, and not Israel, because of the international controversy it would stir up.

The source also said that Egypt would not renew the flow of gas to Jordan until prices new were established.
Israel's natural gas supply from Sinai has been cutoff since an explosion there in February prompted officials to stop the flow from Egypt.
