Ingredients

3 finger rolls
4 tablespoons of labneh (or white cheese)
1 small cottage cheese package, 100 g
100 g crumbled Bulgarian cheese
100 g shredded yellow cheese
3 medium eggs (size M)

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the labneh, cottage cheese, and Bulgarian cheese, adding a pinch of salt. Slice the roll lengthwise along the top (not from the side). Fill the roll with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle shredded yellow cheese on top. Create a small well in the center of the roll and carefully place the egg inside. Season the egg with salt and pepper. Bake in a convection oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
