The 61-year-old prince, the queen's second son, has denied Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre's accusations that he forced her to have sex more than two decades ago.

Ghislaine Maxwell was ultimately convicted late last year for recruiting and grooming underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein.

Maxwell, 60, was convicted on Dec. 29 of sex trafficking and other charges for recruiting and grooming underage girls for Epstein to abuse between 1994 and 2004.

A 2009 settlement agreement between financier Jeffrey Epstein and Virginia Giuffre, who accused him of sexual abuse, said Giuffre would be paid $500,000 as part of the deal.

"Dershowitz was not a suitable person to interview as an impartial analyst and we did not make the relevant background clear to our audiences," the BBC said.

Epstein was found hanging in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center on August 10, 2019, while awaiting trial for sex trafficking, in what New York City's medical examiner called a suicide.

Maxwell, 60, was accused of recruiting and grooming  four teenagers for the late financier Jeffrey Epstein between 1994 and 2004.

While the photograph could be inferred to establish a link between Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and the Royal Family, it was meant to show a romantic relationship between the two.

The accuser, now in her mid-30s, testified on Tuesday that she had sexual encounters with Epstein at his Palm Beach, Florida, home beginning when she was 14 in 2002.

Maxwell, 59, the daughter of late British media baron Robert Maxwell, has pleaded not guilty to eight counts of sex trafficking and other charges.
