The first-ever Forbes Under 30 Global Women’s Summit taking place in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem is, above all, unapologetically female.

"Over the next four days at the Forbes Under 30 Global Women's Summit, we're bringing together 500 visionaries from around the world," said Moira Forbes, executive vice president of Forbes.

Represented in Israel by Matan – Investing in the Community.

Already scheduled to address the summit are Outdoor Voices founder Ty Haney, Tropic Skincare founder Susan Ma, and Frank founder Charlie Javice.

Last year's conference was such a success, Forbes is launching its first every Under 30 women's summit in the Jewish state.

Hashomer Hachadash is a volunteer grassroots organization helping farmers and ranchers in the Negev and the Galilee safeguard their land.

No. 1 on the list went to Jewish actress Scarlett Johansson, who made an estimated $40.5m. in the past 12 months, mostly due to her role as Black Widow in the Avengers film series.

The Israeli superstar is estimated to have earned $10m. in the past year.

Israel was chosen for its “incredible entrepreneurial culture,” a company representatitve said.

These young leaders – the vast majority of whom have never been to Israel – find themselves captivated by this country, often to their surprise.
