Among the items being auctioned is a 20th century Maccabees-themed menorah.
The new caucuses were set up in Honduras, Central Africa Republic, South Sudan and Cameroon. Honduras agreed to set up the caucus on Tuesday evening.
"Faith-based diplomacy is the secret ingredient to the strong support which Israel now enjoys across the globe," Israel Allies Foundation president Josh Reinstein said.
The new caucus will be joining the Israel Allies Foundation’s (IAF) international network of pro-Israel caucuses.
The signatories, who are leaders of the Israel Allies Caucuses in their countries, signed the letter on the date when Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is allowed to bring annexation to the Knesset.

Bishop Scott Mwanza will help mobilize support for Israel through faith-based diplomacy.
The president-elect, in town on an official visit and in support of the Israel Allies Foundation annual event, visited with local leaders and planted a tree through KKL-JNF in the Hula Valley.
