Teens in two states arrested over threat that shuttered Houston synagogue

Angelina Han Hicks, 18, of Lexington, North Carolina, and an unnamed 16-year-old boy, of Houston, Texas, were arrested in relation to a planned attack against Congregation Beth Israel.
