Zuru, the maker of the toy, is “aware of 12 reports of children falling or sitting onto the recalled full-size Baby Shark bath toy, resulting in impalement injuries, lacerations and puncture wounds."
NHTSA said owners should follow Stellantis' advice and park outside until the recall is developed and owners get repairs.
The recall covers 2016-2023 Model S, Model X, 2017-2023 Model 3, and 2020-2023 Model Y vehicles equipped with FSD Beta software or pending installation.
