A 22-year-old resident of northern Israel was seriously wounded on Friday afternoon when his motorcycle crashed into a car on Route 669 in the Gilboa area. The accident, which occurred between Beit Alfa and Nir David in the Beit She'an Valley, was caused when one of the vehicles did not yield right of way to the other. The motorcyclist was taken to Ha'emek Hospital in Afula.
