US Mideast envoy George Mitchell was scheduled to meet with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah Tuesday to discuss the stalled peace process.Abbas will travel to Cairo on Wednesday for a meeting with Arab League leaders on the future of the talks with Israel.
