Iran arrested a Western spy who was operating within its uranium enrichment plant at Qom just before its existence was revealed, according to a Channel 2 report. Citing Western intelligence, the Tuesday report said that Iran had decided to reveal the plant's existence to the International Atomic Energy Agency in order to minimize potential damage. The spy reportedly operated undercover from within in the plant, and transferred information back to his operator. The Channel 2 report did not specify the alleged spy's nationality.
