A suspected Palestinian terrorist Wednesday morning attempted to carry out a stabbing attack against IDF soldiers stationed near the West Bank checkpoint of Hawara, located south of Nablus, according to initial reports.

Security forces at the scene shot and wounded the assailant. There were no initial reports of injury to the Israeli side.
