Interior Ministry D-G admits involvement in land deals

Interior Ministry Director-General Gabi Maimon admitted in a police investigation that he was involved in lands deals of Moshav Binyamin, Israel Radio reported Monday morning.

Maimon told investigators that five plots of land were purchased and were divided between him and businessman Ofer Guetta.Maimon was released a day after he was arrested however it was also reported that he was released in return for a confession.
