Israel has expressed willingness to release former Fatah Tanzim leader Marwan Barghouti among the Palestinian prisoners freed for captive IDF soldier Gilad Schalit, London-based Al Hayat reported on Wednesday. According to the report, Jerusalem has said it is prepared to free Barghouti on condition that he be banned from the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
