Kadima slams Netanyahu's refusal to freeze settlements

Kadima criticized Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's handling of the peace process on Tuesday, calling Netanyahu's refusal to freeze construction in the settlement blocs exploitative and spiteful.
According to a party spokesperson, "Instead of convincing the world of Israel's justice - Netanyahu's government supplies the Palestinians with more tools in its conflict with Israel. The use of construction in the settlement blocs as a means of defiance harms [Israel's] ability to protect the settlement blocs themselves. Instead of negotiating to preserve the settlement blocs for forever, Netanyahu exploits them in order to justify the lack of negotiations."
"Spiteful political conduct endangers Israel's national interests," the spokesperson said, adding that "This is not how you protect Israelis in their homes."
