Man shot in Tira dies of his wounds at Petah Tikva hospital

A man who police discovered with bullet wounds near a Tira school died of his wounds Wednesday night at the Meir Medical Center in Petah Tikva, Israel Radio reported.

Paramedics gave emergency treatment the man - who was suffering from bullet wounds to the upper part of his torso - near the Al Ghazali school in the Arab town where he was found, and then rushed him to the Petah Tikvah hospital in serious condition.

He died of his wounds at the hospital.
