Mubarak denies 'swaying' Bush to invade Iraq in 2003

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak denied on Sunday that he had in any way "swayed" the decision of former US president George W. Bush to invade Iraq in 2003.
According to an AFP report, a spokesman for Mubarak's office, "categorically denied" what was written in Bush's recently published memoirs, specifically that "Mubarak had told the US that "Iraq had biological weapons and was certain to use them on [US] troops," which in turn influenced Bush's decision to invade.
