Police ordered a two-week closure of the Nahshonit water park in Kibbutz Nahshonim on Friday, citing recent fighting and violence in the park.
On Thursday, a visitor attacked and bit a police officer.
The closure was declared after a hearing with the park's manager. At the hearing, the police accused the park of not renewing permits, and said there should be increased security at Nahshonit to prevent further violence.
