PM cancels security cabinet meeting ahead of US trip

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Monday canceled a security cabinet meeting, planned in advance of his trip to Washington later this week for the launch of peace talks.

While the reason for the cancellation was unknown, it was reported that the meeting may still be rescheduled for a time prior to the prime minister's departure.
