Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki announced on Wednesday that Teheran would "definitely" not agree to send its low-enriched uranium abroad for further processing, AFP reported. According to the report, despite its rejection of the UN-brokered proposal, Iran might consider a fuel swap inside its borders.
