The Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality on Monday issued a statement on the structural collapse at a construction site in Tel Aviv's Ramat Hahayal neighborhood, clarifying that the site was under the administration of the Africa Israel real-estate giant. According to the municipality, a parking lot was being built on the city-owned property.
