Toddler badly injured after falling from Petah Tikva mall

A two-year-old boy was seriously injured after falling one story from a mall in Petah Tikva.
A Magen David Adom crew arrived at the scene and took the toddler to Shneider Hospital in the city where he was connected a life support machine.
Initial reports suggest that a glass panel was missing from the railing and the baby fell through the plastic they had up instead.
