The father suspected of abusing his twin baby children will be brought for remand extension on Sunday.

The Tel Aviv Magistrates' Court on Monday extended his remand by three days. The mother was released to house arrest until Sunday.

Police suspect both parents of shaking the babies, while the parents deny having harmed them.

One of the twins passed away Sunday as a result of internal injuries. The second twin is out of danger and recuperating, according to doctors.
