Security forces on Thursday night arrested two Palestinians in their 20s from the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Shuafat who were lurking near the capital's light rail with stones and slingshots in their possession. The arrest was made after the youths fled the scene and attempted to hide from authorities.

The two were set to attend a remand extension hearing Friday morning in the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court.
