UNITED NATIONS, Feb 13- The UN Security Council condemned North Korea's weekend missile launching in a statement on Monday, according to Security Council members. 'The first step is a press statement condemning the missile launch and that has already been agreed,' said British Ambassador to the United Nations Matthew Rycroft.
