The Haifa District Court on Wednesday sentenced a 17-year-old to 64 months in prison for killing a female pedestrian and injuring a number of others in 2009.The youth, a resident of a village in the lower Galilee, was also charged with abandonment, driving without a license and other offenses.The accident occurred in February 2009 as the young man was driving at high speeds in the village of Manda. He veered from his lane, ran over a sidewalk and struck a number of pedestrians.
