Ginsburg, who has served on the court since 1993, is the oldest of the nine justices and one of the court’s four liberals.
“I’m now 85,” Ginsburg said, according to CNN. “My senior colleague, Justice John Paul Stevens, he stepped down when he was 90, so think I have about at least five more years.”
“Do you train conservative judges?” Johnson says he’s been asked in interviews. (Answer: He trains whomever asks.)
There is no evidence of any further disease and Ginsburg, one of the court's nine justices, is "resting comfortably," spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said in a statement.
“What is the difference between a bookkeeper in New York’s garment district and a Supreme Court justice?” she asked. “One generation.”

The Jewish Supreme Court justice and liberal icon was back on the bench Monday, where she heard oral arguments at the start of the court’s December session.
The artist is behind one of the songs featured in an upcoming movie about the life and career of Jewish Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
The company says Ginsburg, a progressive icon on the Supreme Court, is a fan of the project.
