Jewish justices for all
Ginsburg, who has served on the court since 1993, is the oldest of the nine justices and one of the court’s four liberals.
“I’m now 85,” Ginsburg said, according to CNN. “My senior colleague, Justice John Paul Stevens, he stepped down when he was 90, so think I have about at least five more years.”
The artist is behind one of the songs featured in an upcoming movie about the life and career of Jewish Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
The company says Ginsburg, a progressive icon on the Supreme Court, is a fan of the project.

Ginsburg will be the inaugural recipient of the prize, which is being given to mark the 5th anniversary of the Genesis Prize, dubbed the "Jewish Nobel."

The Genesis Prize Foundation brought Jane Holl Lute, the special coordinator on improving the United Nations’ response to sexual exploitation and abuse, to speak on gender equality.
“Justice Ginsburg’s visit reminded us just how important it is to emphasize women’s rights and equality as we deal with the other pressing challenges faced by the Israeli society.”
Israeli liberals are equally concerned as their American partners following recent changes in the courts.
