Raisman, 22, is the U.S. squad’s captain and was a key part of its gold medal in the team competition two days earlier.
Raisman took the second spot for the American women ahead of all-around defending gold medalist Gabby Douglas and behind three-time world all-around champion Simone Biles.
At 22, Raisman is the oldest member of the team, which reportedly has earned her the nickname “Grandma.”
The gold medal performance in the clubs and hoops came shortly after Israel claimed a silver in the ribbons final.
Neta Rivkin took part in four individual finals on Sunday, finishing fifth in the hoop (17.950) and sixth in the ball (17.150).
