Elad Amsalem, the head chef of the Greg Cafe chain, built a new menu inspired by Greek cuisine with combinations from cuisines from around the world, Amsalem created creative dishes suitable for the chain's clientele, to which he gave his own interpretation inspired by Greek cuisine. 

The Greek-inspired menu is joined by dishes based on green curry, and a new vegan dish - Israeli samosa, filled with potato and fried onion on a bed of roasted eggplant, tomato tartare, chickpeas, tahini and parsley. 

The dishes are beautiful and aesthetic and include zucchini chips with Tartar aioli dip, quinoa and black lentil salad, white cabbage, purple cabbage and carrot, mint, parsley and basil, seasoned with olive oil and lemon, on a labneh base; mix of cranberry snacks and sefatit cheese seasoned with honey; sautéed salmon cubes in green curry sauce with vegetables, rice and a personal salad , roasted eggplant with tomatoes, radish and a touch of tahini.
