As part of the unique pop-up that will open tomorrow, the entire hotel will be transformed into an experiential space of art and cuisine, where a wide variety of rosé wines will be served alongside selected dishes from leading chefs, an exhibition by the artist Bazooka Joe and the creator and artist Marina Posner, and to finish, desserts by the confectioner Norit Chitiat. Part of the proceeds of the event and the sale of the works of art will be donated to the "Gamani" association on the occasion of the closing of the breast cancer awareness month.
During the event, IBBLS's selected rosé wines, food and pink desserts by the leading chefs in Israel will be offered: Tomer Tal from the George and John restaurant, Gil Dehan from the Wis restaurant, the leading chef and journalist Maya Darin and the pastry chef Nurit Chitiat.
Alongside the dishes, live music will be played and pink art will fill all the spaces of the hotel. On the entrance floor of the Assemblage Hotel, a wine shop will be opened especially in honor of House of Rose, which will sell a variety of wines at accessible prices, for example: the well-known French rosé AIX, Rosé Brut champagne from the prestigious French champagne house Moët & Chandon, the rosé wines of Tabor Winery and more.
As part of House of Rose, the Assemblage Hotel will be transformed for the first time into a conceptual experiential space based purely on the color pink.
The different spaces throughout the hotel will become different works of art and will be specially designed by selected artists. In the different spaces of the hotel, artistic representations of the curator Marina Posner, a visual artist, creator of installations, exhibitions and sensory and multidisciplinary events will be presented. Her artistic action creates situations and environments that invite interaction and connection Abstract, combining work with materials, textiles, video and sound, her works are on the border between surrealism, neo-conceptualism and relational aesthetics.
Visitors to the hotel will experience the works of the Israeli artist Bazooka Joe, who is known for the kicking and rule-free art he presents, a variety of characters he put together from his imagination in a crazy mix of intense and bright colors. Bazooka will set up a one-time exhibition on the roof of the hotel in collaboration with the 3D Factory company, who were the first to print works of art using the 3D printing method.
The company together with 'Bazooka Joe' created an exhibition called "The Roof of the Sculptures" which will be for sale and part of its proceeds will be donated to the "Gamani" association which helps in the fight against all types of female cancer (breast, ovary, uterus, cervix) and provides support and information to patients facing Female cancers, promotion and mental and social support for female patients, imparting knowledge to the public of recovering patients and their families and the medical staff.
